This method is popular for camp cooking, creating a golden-brown biscuit with a crispy bottom

1 teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Flour
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Oil
2/3 Cup Milk

Directions: Warm and oil your 12″ Regular Dutch Oven. Mix salt, flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Mix oil and milk, then add to dry mixture. Mix briefly. Place 3-tablesoon sized scoops on the bottom of your 12″ dutch oven. You should get between 12 and 15 biscuits in the bottom of your dutch oven. Bake until you smell the bread or you see steam coming out from under your lid. Serve them nice and warm.
