2 or 3 Onions
2 packages of frozen Potato Cubes
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
Grated Cheese
Directions:
Warm 12″ Dutch Oven. Place sliced bacon, diced onion, and sliced peppers in the bottom of the dutch oven. Cook till bacon is done. Add the 2 packages of frozen Potatoes. Cook till done!! Just before they are done add Cheese if you like. Cook till cheese melts.
