Baked Round Steak Dutch Oven Recipe
1/2 lb. Round Steak
1 Potato per layer or if you have a big potato it might just take one for all.
1 Small Onion, per layer
1 Stalk Celery, chopped
1 Can Tomato Soup
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Take you 12″ Dutch Oven preheat and oil. Alternate layers of potato, ground steak, onion, and celery until your dutch oven is full. Pour Tomato Soup over the top of everything. Cook at 350 degrees or have 15 on top and 10 on the bottom of your dutch oven. If you like you can add the cheese at the end on the top. It should take about 1 hour to cook.
