2 lbs. Hamburger
1 Cup Oats, crackers or bread crumbs
1 Thinly sliced Onion
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Basil
1 Cup (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Eggs
2 Cups Catsup
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Take you 12″ Dutch Oven preheat and grease. Mix together Hamburger, oats, onions, eggs, oregano, salt, basil & tomato sauce. Form a loaf in your Dutch Oven. Make sauce of remaining ingredients and pour over the meat loaf. Bake 1 hour using 15 briquettes on top and 10 on the bottom. If you are using a Volcano Cooker us 12 briquettes on the bottom only. If you wait for the steam coming from under the lid you will know it is done.
