Bronco Dip Dutch Oven Recipe
A “Bronco Dip” is a slow-cooked beef & Sausage Dip designed for robust, smoky flavors. It involves slow-cooking in your dutch oven
1 Lb. Hamburger
1 Lb. Sausage
1 Red Pepper – chopped
1 Green Pepper – chopped
1 Onion – chopped
1 can Kidney Beans – drained
1 Can Sliced Olives – drained
1 Can Green Chilies – drained
1 Can Corn – drained
1 Can Mushrooms – drained
1 Can Re-fried Beans
1/2 package Taco Seasoning
26 oz. Can Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Cups Cheese – grated
Log Cabin Seasoning
Directions:
Place Hamburger, Sausage, onions, peppers, and Log Cabin Seasoning in a 12″ regular dutch oven. Stir and Saute with the lid on. Cook till done. Stir about half way through to turn the hamburger over. When done add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and put back on the coals to warm through and finish cooking.
