Cream of Mushroom Meat Loaf Dutch Oven Recipe

is a classic comfort dish that combines savory ground beef with the creamy, rich flavor of mushroom soup, easily prepared in a Dutch oven.

1.5 lbs. Hamburger
1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
1 Large Onion, Diced
2 Slices Bread, Broken into pieces
1 Meat Loaf Mix
3 Eggs, slightly beaten

Sauce:
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
In a large bowl mix hamburger, sausage, onion, bread, eggs, and meat loaf mix. Take your 12″ Dutch Oven preheat and oil. Put in meat loaf mixture. Mix up the Sauce and pour over the top of the meat loaf. This should take about an hour to cook. Use 15 briquettes on the top and 10 on the bottom of your 12″ dutch oven.
Cook some small red potatoes to go with this and you will be going back for seconds!!!
