Cub Scout Hamburger Foil Dinner

A classic Cub Scout hamburger foil dinner with green peppers is an easy, all-in-one meal that can be cooked over a , on a or in the making cleanup a breeze. The steam trapped inside the tightly sealed foil packet cooks the meat and vegetables to tender perfection.
½ lb Ground Hamburger Meat per foil dinner
Sliced Carrots
Onions, diced
Potatoes, cut up like french fries about 2″ long, we used red potatoes!!
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 TSP per foil dinner
Green Pepper, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Catsup is you do not want Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:
Take 3 – 18″ pieces of heavy duty foil. Now with the shinny side looking at you place all your vegetables and ect. Let the boys put on however much they want with a table spoon. Place the hamburger pulled apart into about quarter size or a little bigger on top of everything. Seal up your foil dinner. When placing it on the coals place the fold down first and cook for about 15 minutes and then turn over for about 10 minutes or so. If you see steam coming out from your foil dinner you know it is done. If it is windy or cold it will take a little longer. But they are really good!!! Be prepared for some huge foil dinners!!! The boys seemed to be hungry when we did these!!!
