1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Country Sausage
1/2 lbs. Mushrooms, sliced

Directions
Cook sausage in a 12″ regular dutch oven until nearly done; pour excess grease off. Add mushrooms and cook until both are done. With a large spoon make some nests (small indention’s) in the sausage and mushroom mixture. Depending on how much grease is left you might have to add some back into your dutch oven so your eggs will not stick. Break an egg in each nest; put lid on and cook until done….or how you like your eggs. Please do not over cook the eggs!!!
