3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp Cinnamon 2 Tbsp. Butter (melted) Flour Pizza Dough Caramel Topping Directions 1. Pre-heat and oil your 12" regular dutch oven. 2. In a medium bowl combine Pumpkin Puree, Brown Sugar, Pecans, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Cinnamon. 3.On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into large rectangle. Brush the dough with melted butter. Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over dough and drizzle with caramel topping. 4.Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough lengthwise into 3 long strips, and width-wise into 6 - creating mini rectangles. 5.In your 12" Dutch Oven stand them vertically on there sides - stack dough pieces. Keeping doing this in a circle until dutch oven is full!!!. It will look like a pinwheel sort of. 6.Bake in Dutch Oven for 40-45 minutes at 350°F = 15 on top and 10 on the bottom. Take off Dutch Oven Lid and allow to cool for 10 minutes. You can either leave it in the Dutch Oven a serve out of it or dump it out on your Dutch Oven Lid. Drizzle with additional caramel topping before serving. Pull apart - and Enjoy!
