Dutch Oven Salmon
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Lemon or Lime Juice
1 Large clove Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each Salt & Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Thyme or Tarragon
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
6 Salmon Stakes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except steaks; mix well. Brush mixture on both sides of steaks. Grill steak's over charcoal or gas grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness of salmon. Brush steaks frequently with sauce, turning steaks once during cooking. Before removing steaks from cooking grill, brush steaks thoroughly. This serves 6 people.
