Easy Chicken Parmesan Dutch Oven Recipe

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese, or more
1 jar (16 oz.) Spaghetti Sauce (Your favorite)
Parmesan Cheese

Whisk together the egg and milk
Dip the chicken breasts in the milk and egg mixture and then the bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in the bottom of you dutch oven. Cook over medium heat.
Brown Chicken in the hot oil on both sides until golden brown. This should take about 3 to4 minutes. Leave Chicken in the bottom of your dutch oven.
Place 8 slices of mozzarella cheese on the chicken breasts. Two per each one.
Pour on 1 Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little more mozzarella.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 35 minutes, or until you see steam coming out of your dutch oven.
Serve over spaghetti noodles or I have severed it over rice too.
