Easy Veal Parmesan Dutch Oven Recipe

This easy veal parmesan recipe uses a Dutch oven to create a tender, saucy dish, with the option to sear the veal directly in the pot before baking. Using a Dutch oven helps retain moisture, ensuring a tender result while allowing the cheese to become perfectly bubbly

6 Breaded Veal ( or chicken) patties
1 Tbs. Melted Shortening
1 jar prepared Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese Tastes like you spent hours cooking!

Directions:
Preheat skillet over fire. Brown both sides of patties in 1 Tbs. melted shortening. Arrange 3 patties in center of skillet. Top with half the spaghetti sauce and 1/3 of the cheese. Stack the other patties on top of the first ones. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and simmer on very low heat about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve on plate as main dish with side veggies and bread, or serve as sandwiches on toasted garlic bread.
