French Dressing BBQ Spareribs Dutch Oven Recipe

French Dressing BBQ Spareribs Dutch Oven Recipe

3 Sides of Spareribs
Salt & Pepper
1 1/4 Cups French Dressing
3/4 Cup Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Large Onion, sliced
2 Lemons, thinly sliced
1 -2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Crack spareribs and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper, place into a 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients for barbecue sauce and cook 10 minutes, and let it cool. Pour sauce over ribs and chill several hours, or overnight.

Preheat your 12″ deep dutch oven. Remove ribs from the BBQ sauce and strain the sauce. Put the ribs in side your 12″ Dutch Oven. Brush sauce on the ribs several times while baking in a 12″ Dutch Oven. Use 16 coals on the top and 9 on the bottom. Bake about 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with the BBQ sauce. Remember every time you lift the lid you add 15 minutes to the cooking time. You will also have to add more briquettes, so all you need to do is place on beside the one that is going and it will start the new one.
