Fried Dandelion Blossoms Dutch Oven Recipe
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- Directions:
Pick Yellow Blossoms and thoroughly clean. Rinse in water with a little Apple Cider Vinegar added and pat dry. In a bowl, put one egg an beat well. Add 1/4 tsp. salt. In a cast iron skillet add 4 Tablespoons butter…medium heat. Then Dip blossoms into egg mix and fry. Fry until golden brown and eat while hot. They get tough as they cool down. Try these with your kids……lot of fun!!!!
