Grilled Halibut Dutch Oven Recipe

This recipe combines the smoky flavor of grilled fish with a crunchy corn-flake crust, cooked in a Dutch oven to keep the fish tender. While traditionally cornflake-crusted fish is baked or fried, this method uses a Dutch oven on the grill to create a “baked-on-the-grill” effect

1 Pound Halibut Fillets
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Fine Cornflakes
2 Tablespoons Seasame Seeds, toasted

Directions:
Bursh Halibut with mixture of soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Coat both sides of Halibut with sour cream. Combine cornflakes and sesame seeds; roll fillets in the mixture. Place fillets in a wire basket and broil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn over half way through.

You can use your Dutch Oven to do this. Just put a lot of coals (12″ = 20) on top of your dutch oven and you are off and broiling. Still put 10 on the bottom
