WHAT YOU’LL NEED For Hobo Banana Boats
Bananas
Mini chocolate chips or Reese’s Peanut butter Cups
Mini Marshmallows
Aluminum Foil
Knife, Tongs, and Forks
DIRECTIONS:
– Make a fire and allow coals to start forming (the coals will cook the banana boats)
– Slice a banana the entire length, but don’t cut all the way through
– Spread the banana open
-Fill the opening with your fillings of choice (chocolate chips, marshmallows, Reese’s, etc.)
– Completely wrap the banana in foil
– Carefully place the bananas in the fire on or near the coals. The coals will be the best spot to cook through
– Let cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Use the tongs to rotate as needed
– Use the tongs to take the bananas out of the fire
– Let cool for a few minutes
– Eat and enjoy!
