2 Pounds Halibut Fillets
3/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions, divided
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 /4 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Pat Halibut fillets dry. Oil a little and heat you 12″ regular dutch oven. Place 1/2 green onions on the bottom of your dutch oven. Place halibut on top of the onions and sprinkle the other 1/2 onions on top of fillets. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheese; spread evenly over halibut and onions. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish easily flakes. In your dutch oven you should smell it when it is done or steam should be coming out from under the lid.
