Pheasant & Rice Dutch Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Pheasant Quartered
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Soup Can of Water
2 Cups Uncooked Rice
2 Cups Frozen Broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat and oil your 12″ Regular Dutch Oven. Place the Pheasant into the dutch oven and cook till brown or both sides
2. Remove the Pheasant from your dutch oven.
3. Add soup and water to your dutch oven and bring to a boil.
4. While it is boiling add the rice and broccoli and spices to taste.
5. Add the Pheasant back to your dutch oven cook until rice is tender and broccoli is done to your liking.
