Primitive Trout Dinner Dutch Oven Recipe

2 Trout
Oil
2 Cups Rice
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cuts frozen Vegetables
1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Salt
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Serves: 2 People
Sprinkle the inside and outside of the fish with seasonings. Saute trout in oil in 12″ Dutch Oven until browned evenly. Remove fish from oven. Add rice, water, vegetables to dutch oven. Sprinkle seasonings over rice to desired amount; cover. Use 10 coals on bottom and 11 to 12 on top of dutch oven. Cook until rice is almost done. Replace trout and steam.
