The Charcoal Companion infrared, laser-sighted grill and oven thermometer is a non-contact infrared thermometer.
Use it to measure the surface temperature of grills, pizza stones, skillets, grids, or other cooking surfaces.
Simply aim the thermometer towards the target surface and press the scan button to display the surface temperature.
The temperature of the object will display and update approximately two times per second.
