The MOLLE II GI Issue ACU Sustainment Pouch is an invention by the US Army to supply troops with, well, sustenance. These large pouches will hold up to three MRE’s or can be used for general utility needs. Most of the time, they’ll be used as a pair and attached to either side of a MOLLE load bearing pack.

The pouch keeps it simple with one large main compartment, fastening with a quick-release buckle and draw-cord. On the rear, four snap dome straps allow attachment to MOLLE/PALS webbing. Sustain your need for genuine surplus and grab a couple of these pouches for extra storage on your hiking pack or even pack an emergency kit in your vehicle.

The pouch has four attachment MOLLE straps to secure to other gear.

Originally designed to hold MRE’s and essential gear these are extremely versatile and handy for carrying gear, or equipment that needs to be more readily available.
