These knobs are used on every stove!!

It is common for people to over tighten knobs and then crack O rings. I do the minimum amount of pressure to turn off my stove.  You do not have to do the manly tight to turn off the burner!!

• Knob Won’t Turn/Stuck Valve: If the knob is hard to turn, the valve stem may be dirty or corroded. Remove the knob and clean the metal stem, then apply a high-temperature, food-safe lubricant (like white lithium grease).
• Knob Loose/Falling Off: If the knob does not grip the shaft, it may be broken internally. A temporary fix is to use a small zip tie around the plastic base to hold it together that is if you are Lucky!!
