Really Easy Chicken Boy Scout Dutch Oven Dinner

What You’ll Need:
1 whole chicken, about 5 pounds, gutted, washed and cut up
1 16-ounce bottle barbecue sauce
12-inch camp Dutch oven
What You’ll Do:
Place chicken in Dutch oven.
Cover with BBQ sauce.
Bake for about 1 1/4 hours using 18 coals on the lid and 9 briquettes under the oven. Refresh coals as required.
1 Small Can of Mushrooms
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/4 lb. Ham cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 lb. Bacon
1/2 Cup Cooked Spaghetti
1/4 Cup Canned Tomatoes
1/2 Can Lima Beans
1/2 Can Whole Kernel Corn
Directions:
Using your 10″ or 12″ regular dutch oven fry together mushrooms, onions, ham, and bacon until done. Now mix in the rest of the ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. All you need to do is heat up the rest of the ingredients after you have fried up the bacon and ham. You will know its done when steam is coming out from under the lid.
