Sausage Delight Foil Dinner

1 lb. Sausages
5 Medium Carrots
5 Medium Potatoes
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic, or Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Cut the sausage, carrots, potatoes, and beans into equal bite-sized pieces. Chop onion and garlic, then add along with the oregano, salt and pepper. Fold up sides of foil to form a steam-tight seal and place on coals until done. About 45 minutes to 50 minutes. You will have to turn it over about half way through. Use a shovel to take it off the coals. We do not want burned fingers!!! You can use any sausage you like….hot and spice or just plain mild!!! Remember to put the shinny side of the foil on the inside!!
