Scout Surprise Dutch Oven Recipe

is a classic, no-fuss Dutch oven meal favored by troops for its simplicity and the way it quickly disappears when feeding a crowd

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Round or Chuck Roast
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream Style Corn
5 Cups Sliced Raw Potatoes
1 Can Cream of Chicken or Celery Soup
1 Onion Sliced or Diced
1 Can Regular Style Corn

Directions:
Take you 12″ Deep Dutch Oven preheat and oil. Then put your beef in and cook till almost done then add the onion. Cook till meat is done. Add the sliced potatoes. Next add 2 cans of corn & 2 cans of soup. Mix together and pour over the sliced raw potatoes. Bake until done. You will be surprised how fast and easy this recipe is, but you will not be surprised how fast the dutch oven empties out!!! Especially if you are feeding Boy Scouts!!!
