Sourdough Pancakes Dutch Oven Recipe
1 Cup Sourdough Starter
2 Cups warm Milk
2 1/2 Cups Sifted Flour
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions:
Combine starter, milk, and flour. Leave at room temperature overnight. The next morning add eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda, and butter. Mix well. Drop onto a greased cast iron griddle or skillet and cook each side until golden brown.
